基于数值模拟的不同锚杆索长度及间排距条件下支护效果研究

Numerical Simulation-based Study of Damage Extension in the Plastic Zone of Surrounding Rock under Different Conditions of Anchor Cable Length and Inter-row Spacing

摘要 本文以邵寨煤业一盘区5#煤层综采工作面的1503运输巷与1505回风巷之间的煤柱为工程背景,借助数值模拟软件,对不同长度、间距以及排距的锚杆索支护条件下巷道的围岩控制效果展开模拟研究,并针对1505回风巷围岩塑性区的损伤扩展情况以及变形的控制效果进行分析。研究发现,不同锚杆长度的锚网索喷联合支护条件下,围岩控制效果存在显著差异。对于锚杆长度2500 m支护效果相对显著,锚杆长度增加,支护强度提高,对1505回风巷围岩塑性区的损伤扩展和变形的控制效果越好;当锚杆间距减小,支护强度提高,锚杆排距减小支护强度提高。而锚索具有相同特征,长度越长、间排距越小,支护强度越显著,对围岩塑性区的损伤扩展和变形控制效果越好。 This article takes the coal pillar between the 1503 transportation roadway and the 1505 return airway in the fully mechanized mining face of the 5#coal seam in Shaozhai Coal Industry as the engineering background.With the help of numerical simulation software,the control effect of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different lengths,spacing,and row spacing of anchor rod support is simulated and studied.The damage expansion and deformation control effect of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock in the 1505 return airway are analyzed.Research has found that there are significant differences in the control effect of surrounding rock under the combined support conditions of anchor net cable spraying with different anchor rod lengths.The support effect is relatively significant for anchor rods with a length of 2500 meters.As the anchor rod length increases,the support strength improves,and the control effect on the damage expansion and deformation of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock in 1505 return airway becomes better;When the spacing between anchor rods decreases,the support strength increases,and when the spacing between anchor rod rows decreases,the support strength increases.And anchor cables have the same characteristics,the longer the length and the smaller the spacing between them,the more significant the support strength,and the better the damage expansion and deformation control effect on the plastic zone of the surrounding rock.
