摘要
本文从转炉滑板挡渣机械原理进行分析,通过现场工业试验并结合生产实践,对转炉滑板挡渣机构形变数据进行了统计和分析确定合理的形变技术范围,为滑板弹簧离线维护工作量的减少和滑板板间穿钢频次降低提供了技术支撑;同时对滑板维护操作规范进行优化,进一步降低钢包回磷发生频次,对比分析得出滑板挡渣技术在转炉上的成功率高、挡渣效果好,转炉挡渣率可控制在99.5%以上,为转炉生产高端品种钢提供质量保证。对国内各钢铁企业准备投入使用转炉滑板挡渣法具有很好的推广价值。
Based on the analysis of the mechanical principle of the sliding plate slag-blocking mechanism of the converter,the deformation data of the sliding plate slag-blocking mechanism of the converter were statistically analyzed and the reasonable deformation technical range was determined through field industrial tests and production practice,which provided technical support for the reduction of off-line maintenance workload of the sliding plate spring and the reduction of the frequency of steel crossing between the sliding plates.At the same time,the maintenance operation specification of the sliding plate is optimized to further reduce the frequency of ladle phosphorus return.The comparative analysis shows that the sliding plate slag blocking technology has a high success rate and good slag blocking effect on the converter,and the slag blocking rate of the converter can be controlled above 99.5%,which provides quality assurance for the production of high-end varieties of steel by the converter.It is of great value to popularize the method of sliding plate slag-blocking of converter in domestic iron and steel enterprises.
