摘要
在钢铁生产过程中,脱磷是一个至关重要的环节。而转炉投弹仪作为一种先进的设备,逐渐在转炉脱磷操作中得到了广泛应用。它能够通过精确测量和控制转炉内的温度、压力等参数,指导操作人员更加科学地进行脱磷操作,从而提高脱磷效率,降低生产成本,保证钢水的质量。本文通过转炉投弹仪使用过程中不断总结投弹时机所测定的氧性数据及温度数据,根据数据对转炉脱磷的影响进行经验总结,以指导炉长终点采取措施提高脱磷效率,降低有害元素磷对材质的影响。
Dephosphorization is a crucial step in the steel production process.As an advanced equipment,the converter bomb thrower has gradually been widely used in the dephosphorization operation of converters.It can guide operators to perform dephosphorization operations more scientifically by accurately measuring and controlling parameters such as temperature and pressure inside the converter,thereby improving dephosphorization efficiency,reducing production costs,and ensuring the quality of molten steel.This article continuously summarizes the oxygen and temperature data measured during the use of the converter bomb thrower,and based on the data,summarizes the experience of the impact on converter dephosphorization,in order to guide the end point of the furnace to take measures to improve dephosphorization efficiency and reduce the influence of harmful element phosphorus on materials.
