普棒材液压裙板故障分析与改进

摘要 随着当前钢铁企业的不断创新发展,对于棒材生产加工工艺质量提出了更高的要求。广钢热轧总厂普棒材冷床液压裙板使用中位过程中出现较多故障,如裙板中位停止位置不稳定、副冷床区钢筋头部从变频辊道跳到裙板上、冷床区钢筋头部在中位滑行时跳出到矫直板上、经常出现某一段裙板中位高度发生变化等问题,为提高普棒材生产加工质量,本文重点分析其产生的原因,并进行有效改进措施,以期减少液压裙板故障发生率,进一步提高生产率。 With the continuous innovation and development of current steel enterprises,better requirements have been put forward for the quality of bar production and processing technology.However,during the use of the hydraulic skirt plate in the middle position of the common bar cooling bed at Guanggang Hot Rolling Plant,there were many faults,such as unstable stop position of the skirt plate in the middle position,the problem of the steel bar head in the auxiliary cooling bed jumping from the frequency conversion roller track to the skirt plate,the problem of the steel bar head jumping out of the straightening plate when sliding in the middle position in the cooling bed area,and frequent changes in the middle height of a certain section of the skirt plate.In order to improve the production and processing quality of common bars,this article focuses on analyzing the causes of these faults and proposes effective improvement measures to reduce the occurrence rate of hydraulic skirt plate faults and further improve productivity.
