摘要
随着全球化经济的发展和信息技术的不断进步,电商与新零售模式通过整合线上线下资源,重新定义了传统的供应链和物流流程,使得物流管理不再局限于单一组织内部的操作,而是扩展到了跨组织协作的视野中。这种新的商业模式要求各参与方在供应链中开展更深层次的整合与协同,以应对市场需求的快速变化和消费者行为的多样性。因此,文章探讨物流管理跨组织创新面临的挑战和解决策略,并进行案例分析,以期为物流管理的跨组织创新提供理论参考。
With the globalization of economic development and the continuous advancement of information technology,e-commerce and new retail model have redefined the traditional supply chain and logistics processes by integrating online and off line resources,which makes logistics management no longer confined to the operation within a single organisation,but extend to the vision of crossorganisational collaboration.This new business model requires deeper integration and collaboration among the participants in the supply chain to cope with the rapid changes in market demand and the diversity of consumer behaviour.Therefore,this paper discusses the challenges and solutions of cross-organisational innovation in logistics management and conducts a case study,in order to provide theoretical suggestions for cross-organisational innovation in logistics management.
