随着数字经济时代的到来,跨境电商物流行业迅速发展,为全球贸易带来了新的机遇和挑战。然而,随之而来的法律困境和挑战也日益显现。文章从法律的角度出发,探讨了数字经济时代下跨境电商物流所面临的法律问题,重点分析了知识产权侵权、数据信息安全、海关申报合规等关键问题。针对这些困境,文章提出了一系列应对策略和规范措施,以期为跨境电商物流领域的法律规范和政策制订提供参考,进而促进跨境电商物流行业的健康发展和持续繁荣。

With the advent of the digital economy era,the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry has brought new opportunities and challenges to the global trade.However,the ensuing legal difficulties and challenges are increasingly apparent.From the perspective of law,this paper discusses the legal problems faced by cross-border e-commerce logistics in the digital economy era,and focuses on the analysis of key issues such as intellectual property infringement,data information security,and customs declaration compliance.In response to these difficulties,this paper proposes a series of coping strategies and normative measures,in order to provide suggestions for the formulation of legal norms and policies in the field of cross-border e-commerce logistics,and to promote the healthy development and sustainable prosperity of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry.
