随着新零售模式的兴起,区块链技术在生鲜农产品供应链中的应用备受关注。文章旨在探索利用新零售和区块链技术优化中国生鲜农产品供应链的可行性。首先界定了新零售的概念,并分析了区块链技术的关键特征及其在供应链中的应用,随后进一步提出了三种供应链创新模式:一体化全渠道模式,以加工企业为核心的供应链模式,以及区块链技术支持的全渠道模式。研究结果显示,这些模式能有效整合线上线下资源,通过提高透明度和追溯性,增强供应链内各环节的协同和信任。此外,新零售与区块链的结合,显著提升了生鲜农产品的流通效率和市场响应速度,同时降低了运营成本。结论指出,新零售和区块链技术的融合为中国生鲜农产品供应链带来了创新改进,有助于推动该行业的数字化和智能化转型。这一研究不仅为生鲜农产品供应链管理提供了理论与实践的新视角,也对促进相关产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。

With the rise of the new retail model,the application of blockchain technology in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products has attracted much attention.This paper aims to explore the feasibility of using new retail and blockchain technology to optimize the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in China.It first defines the concept of new retail and analyzes the key features of blockchain technology and its application in the supply chain,and then further proposes three supply chain innovation models:an integrated omni-channel model,a supply chain model centered on processing enterprises,and an omni-channel model supported by blockchain technology.The findings show that these models can effectively integrate online and offline resources,and enhance synergy and trust among the links within the supply chain by improving transparency and traceability.In addition,the combination of new retail and blockchain significantly improves the distribution efficiency and market responsiveness of fresh produce,while reducing operational costs.The conclusion states that the integration of new retail and blockchain technologies has brought innovative improvements to the fresh produce supply chain in China,helping to drive the digital and intelligent transformation of the industry.This study not only provides new perspectives on the theory and practice of fresh agricultural products supply chain management,but also is of great significance in promoting the sustainable development of related industries.
