摘要
电商经济的崛起使得物流产业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供了有力条件。在此背景下,农村物流人才的培育工作成为振兴乡村经济的主要抓手。然而,受传统观念、管理机制、薪资待遇等因素的影响,农村物流人才培育工作也暴露出一些亟待解决的问题,如人才匮乏、人才异化、人才流失等,给乡村经济的振兴造成了严重影响。针对这种情况,文章重点围绕乡村振兴下农村物流人才培育存在的问题展开全面阐述,并提出一些有效的解决对策,以期为乡村振兴战略的高效实施提供强大的人才保障。
The rise of the e-commerce economy has made the logistics industry f lourish,which provides strong conditions for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Under this background,the cultivation of rural logistics talents has become the main focus for revitalizing the rural economy.However,under the inf luence of traditional concepts,management mechanisms,salaries and other factors,the cultivation of rural logistics talents has also exposed some urgent problems that need to be solved.For example,talent shortage,talent alienation,brain drain and other problems are serious,which has a serious impact on the revitalization of the rural economy.In view of this situation,this article comprehensively explains the main problems of the cultivation of rural logistics talents under the background of rural revitalization,and put forward some effective countermeasures,so as to provide a strong talent guarantee for the efficient implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
