摘要
体能是网球训练以及比赛中的基本保障,是提升竞争能力的重要基础条件。目前,网球运动已经不仅仅是技战术之间的比拼,更是心理素质和体能素质的双向挑战。而在高等院校中,随着网球课程专业化程度持续地提升,这项运动课程也成为了推动学生体能以及心理意志全方面发展的重要课程之一,而体能更成为了衡量学生网球能力的重要一环。该文主要分析了体能训练在高等院校网球运动课程中的重要价值,并且就高等院校网球运动课程中的体能训练方法进行了探讨,希望能够为持续提升高等院校网球课程的教学成效提供参考意见。
Physical fitness is the basic guarantee in Tennis training and competition,and it is an important basic condition to enhance competitiveness.At present,Tennis is not only a competition between skills and tactics,but also a two-way challenge of psychological quality and physical quality.In higher education institutions,with the continuous improvement of the professionalization of Tennis courses,this sport course has become one of the important courses to promote the overall development of students'physical fitness and psychological will,and physical fitness has become an important part of measuring students'tennis ability.This paper mainly analyzes the important value of physical training in college Tennis courses,and discusses the methods of physical training in college Tennis courses,hoping to provide references for continuously improving the teaching effectiveness of college Tennis courses.
