基于角色理论的高校非高水平运动队体育课程思政实施策略

摘要 以社会角色理论为基础,围绕高校体育课程思政这一主题,探讨高校非高水平运动队体育课程思政实施策略。研究认为,高校非高水平运动队内部推进体育课程思政的主体为运动员,教练员通过明确运动员新老队员的角色定位、队内管理职能的角色定位、赛场位置的角色定位,使运动员明晰自己多重角色下的责任与义务,激发队伍内在驱动力,从而自发、高效地推进高校体育课程思政教育。 Based on Social Role Theory,focusing on the theme of ideological and political education in Physical Education curriculums,this paper probes into the implementation strategy of curriculum ideological and political education for college non high-level sports teams.According to the research,athletes are the main body of the internal promotion of sports curriculum ideological and political education in college non high-level sports teams.By clarifying the role positioning of new and old players,the role positioning of management functions within the team and the role positioning of the field position,coaches can make athletes clear their responsibilities and obligations under multiple roles and stimulate the internal driving force of the team,then promote the ideological and political education of college Physical Education curriculum spontaneously and efficiently.
