功能性动作筛查在儿童跆拳道学员运动损伤风险中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探究功能性动作筛查在儿童跆拳道运动员运动损伤风险中的应用。方法:选取44名跆拳道学员作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各22人,进行为期6周的暑期集训。实验组根据FMS测试结果进行功能性动作训练,对照组进行常规跆拳道训练。最后对两组学员进行跆拳道专项动作测试和FMS测试。结果:实验组经过为期6周的干预后,在跆拳道专项动作测试和大部分FMS测试中实验成绩明显提升,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。在专项动作测试中,实验组学员的1 min连续横踢、1 min连续下劈、1 min双飞踢水平显著高于对照组;在FMS测试中,实验组学员的过顶深蹲、主动直膝抬腿、直线弓箭步蹲、跨栏上步、躯干稳定性俯卧撑、旋转稳定性水平也明显优于对照组。结论:功能性动作训练对儿童跆拳道运动员的专项动作水平和身体素质具有显著促进作用,有助于降低运动损伤风险。在训练中结合功能性动作训练,可以提高运动员的动作技能和身体功能,为运动员的健康和竞技表现提供更好的保障。 Objective:To explore the application of Functional Movement Screening(FMS)in the risk of sports injuries among children's Taekwondo athletes.Methods:Forty-four Taekwondo students were selected and randomly divided into experimental and control groups,with 22 participants in each group.Following a 6-week summer training program,the experimental group underwent functional movement training based on the results of the FMS,while the control group received conventional Taekwondo training.Finally,two groups of students were tested for Taekwondo-specific movements and FMS.Results:After the 6-week intervention,the experimental group showed significant improvements in both Taekwondo-specific performance tests and FMS tests compared to the control group(P<0.05).In the performance tests,the experimental group exhibited significantly higher levels in one-minute continuous horizontal kicks,one-minute continuous downward strikes,and one-minute double flying kicks compared to the control group.In the FMS assessments,the experimental group demonstrated superior performance in overhead deep squats,active straight leg raises,straight-line lunge squats,hurdle step,trunk stability push-ups,and rotary stability tests compared to the control group.Conclusion:Functional movement training significantly enhances the Taekwondo-specific performance and physical fitness of children's Taekwondo athletes,thereby reducing the risk of sports injuries.Integrating functional movement training into the regimen can improve athletes'movement skills and physical abilities,providing better support for their health and competitive performance.
