斑岩型铜钼矿矿石性质及选矿工艺优化研究

摘要 为提高斑岩型铜钼矿矿石的品位与回收率,减少选矿工作对环境的影响,研究斑岩型铜钼矿矿石性质及选矿工艺优化方法。深入分析了驱龙铜矿的矿物组成以及矿石中所含的化学成分,判断了矿石的质量和价值,针对以往选矿工艺的不足,设计了合理的选矿方式;采用石灰、煤油、混合油、BK340等材料作为浮选药剂,通过磨矿工艺优化、浮选工艺优化以及精矿脱水、包装工艺优化,提升了选矿质量,使铜精矿、钼精矿的品位与回收率得到明显改善,从而达到良好的选矿效果。 In order to improve the grade and recovery of porphyry copper-molybdenum ore and reduce the impact of mineral processing on the environment,the ore properties and beneficiation process optimization methods of porphyry copper-molybdenum ore were studied.The mineral composition and chemical composition of Qulong Copper mine are analyzed,the quality and value of the ore are judged,and a reasonable beneficiation method is designed in view of the shortcomings of the previous beneficiation process.Using lime,kerosene,mixed oil,BK340 and other materials as flotation agents,through grinding process optimization,flotation process optimization and concentrate dehydration,packaging process optimization,improve the quality of beneficiation,so that the grade and recovery of copper concentrate and molybdenum concentrate have been significantly improved,so as to achieve good beneficiation effect.
