自我国步入新纪元后,社会各领域的进步步伐加快,然而,就矿业资源的开采而言,由于相较于其他国家起步稍晚,生产技术水平也相对落后,因此,在相关的法律法规上仍然存在着一些问题和短板。这就导致在实际操作过程中,经常会出现非法开采的违规行为,造成矿区发生塌陷、滑坡和泥石流等地质灾害,这不仅严重阻碍了矿业的发展,也为人民的生活带来了潜在的安全风险。因此,若要让矿业公司有更优秀的成长,须对矿产开采过程进行更严格的管理,并且科学且合理地运用自然资源,从而为经济的持久增长奠定坚实的基础。

After entering a new era in our country,the pace of progress in various fields of society has accelerated.However,in terms of mining resources,due to the relatively late start compared to other countries and the relatively backward level of production technology,there are still some problems and shortcomings in relevant laws and regulations.This often leads to illegal mining practices in practical operations,causing geological disasters such as subsidence,landslides,and mudslides in mining areas.This not only seriously hinders the development of mining,but also poses potential safety risks to people's lives.Therefore,in order for mining companies to have better growth,stricter management of mineral extraction processes and scientific and rational use of natural resources are necessary,laying a solid foundation for sustainable economic growth.
