摘要
金属燃烧过程中会产生大量能源消耗,给金属冶炼效果带来较大影响。本文先详细分析了金属冶炼过程中的能源消耗与消耗方式,再通过专业研究,精准找出金属冶炼过程中节能技术的实践运用,全面规范高效燃烧技术、节能熔炼技术与余热回收技术等,增加新能源技术应用频率,不断缩减金属冶炼过程中的能源消耗量,保障金属冶炼工作综合效益。
The combustion process of metals generates a large amount of energy consumption,which has a significant impact on the efficiency of metal smelting.This article first analyzes in detail the energy consumption and consumption methods in the metal smelting process,and then through professional research,accurately identifies the practical application of energy-saving technologies in the metal smelting process,comprehensively standardizes efficient combustion technology,energy-saving smelting technology,and waste heat recovery technology,increases the frequency of application of new energy technologies,continuously reduces the energy consumption in the metal smelting process,and ensures the comprehensive benefits of metal smelting work.
