摘要
研究围绕智慧矿山建设的策略进行探讨,重点分析了数字化技术在矿山管理和生产中的应用。以某矿山建设工程为例,研究提出了智慧矿山建设的三个主要策略:一是构建基于区块链的矿山数据可信平台,通过分布式存储、加密算法和共识机制确保数据的安全和可信;二是引入边缘计算技术,提升设备的实时响应能力,减少数据传输延迟,优化矿山数据处理架构;三是应用人工智能技术优化生产调度和设备维护,通过预测性维护和路径规划减少设备故障,提升生产系统的效率。
This study explores strategies for the construction of smart mines,with a focus on analyzing the application of digital technology in mine management and production.Taking a certain mining construction project as an example,three main strategies for smart mining construction have been proposed:firstly,building a blockchain based trusted platform for mining data,ensuring data security and trustworthiness through distributed storage,encryption algorithms,and consensus mechanisms;The second is to introduce edge computing technology,improve the real-time response capability of equipment,reduce data transmission delay,and optimize the mining data processing architecture;The third is to apply artificial intelligence technology to optimize production scheduling and equipment maintenance,reduce equipment failures through predictive maintenance and path planning,and improve the efficiency of the production system.
