平盘过滤机提质降耗的研究

随着拜耳法氧化铝生产企业不断增多,对拜耳法生产氢氧化铝产品的质量要求原来越高,降低氢氧化铝洗涤成本是各单位努力方向。本文通过对氢氧化铝洗涤用平盘过滤机的研究,从设备的使用工艺原理入手,通过对平盘过滤机洗涤过程的不断改进,确定使用锯齿状洗水盒代替原喷头冲洗装置,以及洗液化浆流程,高效率提高设备购率性能,减少了洗涤氢氧化铝的洗水用量及产品中的附碱,对降低氧化铝生产中的成本做出了巨大的帮助。

With the continuous development of Bayer process and equipment for alumina production,the quality and standard of alumina products are getting higher and higher.T hrough the research of alumina production equipment,this paper starts with the production process principle and equipment operation principle of flat plate filter,and through the continuous improvement of washing method of flat plate filter,Finally,it is determined to replace the original spray washing device with serrated washing box,which reduces the amount of washing water used for washing aluminum hydroxide by flat plate filter and the amount of alkali attached in the product.It is of great help to reduce the cost of alumina production,and has good promotion value in alumina production enterprises.
