摘要
一种抑制剂(FS4)在高硫锌铜矿生产现场的生产应用工艺,采用石灰和FS4作矿浆pH调整剂和黄铁矿抑制剂,混合捕收剂为丁基黄药和Z-200即(O-异丙基-N-乙基硫逐氨基甲酸酯)按照一定配比配成的混合物,起泡剂松醇油,对原矿进行磨矿、一次粗选、一次扫选、一次精选、二次精选,三次精选实现高硫含锌铜矿石中铜的有效回收。该方法通过药剂的合理组合与添加,强化捕收剂对目的矿物-黄铜矿的选择性吸附,铜精矿品位和回收率均达到较好指标。
The production and application process of an inhibitor(FS4)in the production site of high-sulfur zn-copper mine adopts lime and FS4 as pulp pH adjustment agent and pyrite inhibitor,mixed collector is butyl xanthoxanthate and Z-200(O-isopropyl-n-ethyl thiocarbamate)in accordance with a certain ratio of mixture,foaming agent pinol oil,The raw ore is grinding,one roughing,one sweeping,one cleaning,two cleaning,three cleaning to achieve the effective recovery of copper in high sulfur zinc copper ore.The method strengthens the selective adsorption of the collector to the target mineral-chalcopyrite through the reasonable combination and addition of chemicals,and the copper concentrate grade and recovery rate have reached a good index.
