摘要
本文旨在以解决地下金属矿山的产能问题,建立安全保障为目标,建立安全保障条件评价体系,利用熵权-层次分析法综合分析建立评价指标体系计算模型,设计计算过程并对矩阵一致性进行论证。依托于国内某铅锌矿为实际案例工程,基于论证所得计算模型与评价体系,评价其在产能优化目标引导下的安全保障能力现状,并在实际评估的基础之上验证安全保障评价结果的完成能力,另从中研究分析得出在未来三年内该矿山的最佳产能目标。
T his paper aims to solve the production capacity problem of underground metal mine,establish the safety guarantee as the goal,establish the safety guarantee condition evaluation system,establish the evaluation index system calculation model by using the entropy right-level analysis method,design the calculation process and demonstrate the matrix consistency.R elying on a domestic lead and zinc mine for the actual case engineering,based on the demonstration calculation model and evaluation system,evaluation of the capacity optimization target under the guidance of security situation,and on the basis of the actual evaluation of the safety evaluation results,the research analysis in the next three years the best capacity of the mine target.
