摘要
随着我国高等教育的进一步发展,社会对高校思想政治工作及专业能力提出更高要求.本科生班主任作为本科学生与学校之间的纽带,在学生学习、生活、专业规划等方面起到了至关重要的指导和引领作用.为了更好地了解本科生班主任制度在大学高等教育中的实际作用,本文通过向大学生群体发放问卷调查,对"本科生对大学实施班主任制度的评价与分析"的深入调查研究,了解本科生对本科生班主任制度的看法,总结出一些经验和思考,以达到为高校教育的发展及改革提供重要数据支撑的作用.
As China's higher education continues to evolve,society demands higher standards for universities'ideological and political work as well as professional competencies.Undergraduate class advisors,serving as a bridge between students and the university,play a crucial role in guiding students in their studies,daily life,and career planning.To better understand the actual impact of the class advisor system in higher education,this study conducted a questionnaire survey among university students to evaluate their perceptions of the system.Through in-depth research and analysis,the study summarizes key insights to provide valuable data to support the development and reform ofhigher education.
