精神医学专业毕业生工作满意度影响因素调查分析

摘要 目的:调查精神医学专业毕业生就业情况及工作满意度相关影响因素,为专业人才培养提供理论依据.方法:自制调查问卷,收集从2009年7月至2018年7月毕业的326位精神医学专业毕业生相关信息,包括人口学资料、就业信息、工作满意度等,根据毕业时间分为两组.计数资料采用卡方检验,计量资料采用t检验,采用Logistic回归分析方法对各相关因素进行分析.结果:精神医学毕业生就业前景乐观,女性报考人数逐渐增多,招生更倾向于省内,自愿填报比例较前增高;本科期间学习成绩,从业人员职业认同感低等因素明显影响从业人员工作满意度.结论:扩大精神医学专业招生范围,增强工作人员职业认同感有利于提高精神医学从业人员工作满意度. Objective:To investigate the employment situation and factors influencing job satisfaction among psychiatry graduates,providing a theoretical basis for talent cultivation in the field.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect information from 326 psychiatry graduates who completed their studies between July 2009 and July 2018.Data collected included demographic information,employment details,and job satisfaction.Graduates were divided into two groups based on graduation year.Chi-square tests were used for categorical data,T-tests for continuous data,and Logistic regression analysis to examine the influencing factors.Results:The employment outlook for psychiatry graduates is positive,with an increasing number of female applicants and a growing preference for recruiting within the province.The proportion of voluntary applications has also risen.Factors such as academic performance during undergraduate studies and low professional identity among employed graduates significantly impacted job satisfaction.Conclusion:Expanding the recruitment scope for psychiatry programs and enhancing professional identity among workers can help improve job satisfaction in the field of psychiatry.
