某省级附属医院内科青年医师临床教学工作现状的问卷调查与分析

摘要 目的:调查分析浙江大学医学院附属第一医院内科青年医师参与教学工作的情况.方法:对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院2020年6月至2021年6月期间担任专职脱产带教的内科医生及在内科病房工作的青年临床医生进行问卷调查.结果:内科专职带教医生和青年临床医生对教学的兴趣度分别为(8.69±1.07)分和(7.33±1.31)分(0~10分).参与教学工作的主要原因包括教学相长、对教学工作有兴趣、教学带来成就感.内科专职带教面临的最大困难是临床科研压力大,没有足够时间教学(84.62%);最想得到的帮助是更灵活的教学方式和方法(69.23%),以及提高教学工作对绩效的影响(53.85%).对于在病房工作的青年临床医生,最大的挑战同样来自临床科研压力大(76.09%),以及学生缺乏学习意愿(69.57%).最想得到的帮助为提高教学工作对绩效的影响(86.96%)和更灵活的教学方式(82.61%).结论:大多数内科青年医师对临床教学工作有较高的积极性.医学院校应帮助青年医师平衡好临床、科研与教学工作,适当调整激励机制,组织更有针对性的教学培训. Objective:This study aims to investigate and analyze the involvement of young physicians in the Internal Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in clinical teaching.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among full-time teaching physicians in internal medicine and young clinical physicians working in the internal medicine wards from June 2020 to June 2021.Results:The interest in teaching scored(8.69±1.07)for full-time teaching physicians and(7.33±1.31)for young clinical physicians(on a scale of 0~10).The main reasons for participating in teaching included mutual learning,interest in teaching,and a sense of accomplishment from teaching.The greatest difficulty faced by full-time teaching physicians was the pressure of clinical research,which left insufficient time for teaching(84.62%).The most desired support included more flexible teaching methods(69.23%)and a greater impact of teaching work on performance evaluations(53.85%).For young clinical physicians working in the wards,the biggest challenges were also clinical research pressure(76.09%)and a lack of student motivation(69.57%).They most wanted support in improving the impact of teaching on performance(86.96%)and more flexible teaching methods(82.61%).Conclusion:Most young physicians in internal medicine show a high level of enthusiasm for clinical teaching.Medical schools should help young physicians balance clinical work,research,and teaching by adjusting incentive mechanisms and providing targeted teaching training.
