摘要
该文结合新疆第十四五规划加快传统商业综合体创新转型,形成一批高品质步行街和商业圈[1]的目标,以新疆大型巴扎外部公共空间为切入点,采用AHP—模糊综合评价法,从物质功能、空间感受、精神需求三个方面构建出大型巴扎外部公共空间活力评价体系[2]。并以新疆三个典型巴扎外部公共空间为例,对其外部公共空间进行定量评价和比较,得出结论:在大型巴扎外部公共空间活力营造过程中,应注重物质功能需求设计、地域精神渗透和空间感受优化,进而提出活力营造策略。上述研究结论可为新疆大型巴扎外部公共空间活力提升提供理论参考与指导策略。
Combining with the goal of accelerating the innovation and transformation of traditional commercial complexes in the 14th FiveYear Plan of Xinjiang and forming a batch of high-quality pedestrian streets and commercial circles,taking the external public space of large bazaars in Xinjiang as the entry point,we adopt AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and construct the evaluation system of the vitality of the external public space of the large bazaar from three aspects:material function,space feeling and spiritual demand.Taking three typical bazaar external public spaces in Xinjiang as examples,we make quantitative evaluation and comparison of their external public spaces,and then put forward vitality building strategies.In the process of building the vitality of the external public space of the large bazaar,we should pay attention to the design of material function requirements,the understanding of regional spirit and the optimization of space feeling.The above research conclusions can provide theoretical reference and guiding strategies for improving the vitality of external public space of large bazaars in Xinjiang.
