岭南高校食堂过渡空间风环境优化策略研究

摘要 “十四五”是我国实现碳达峰的关键期,在此背景下,校园建筑能源浪费的问题愈发受到关注。高校食堂空间尺度大,人员密度大,往往需要借助人工设备方能保持较好的空气品质与室内温度,而这也导致了能源的过度消耗。过渡空间是岭南地区常见的空间类型,在改善建筑微气候方面有着良好效果。该文以高校食堂建筑中的过渡空间为研究对象,在广泛调研的基础上选择广州华南理工大学中区食堂过渡空间为典型案例,从食堂功能特点、湿热地区气候特征、岭南建筑特色经验等方面入手,结合实测和计算机模拟实验,分析影响过渡空间风环境的相关要素,并由此提出相应要素的设计参考值和相应的食堂过渡空间方案优化设计策略,以期为相关建筑设计提供参考。 The 14th Five Year Plan is a crucial period for China to achieve carbon peak,and in this context,the issue of energy waste in campus buildings is receiving increasing attention.University canteens have large spatial scales and high personnel density,often requiring the use of artificial equipment to maintain good air quality and indoor temperature,which also leads to excessive energy consumption.Transition space is a common type of space in the Lingnan region,which has a good effect on improving the microclimate of buildings.Taking the transitional space in university cafeteria buildings as the research object,based on extensive research,the transitional space in the central cafeteria of South China University of Technology in Guangzhou is selected as a typical case.Starting from the functional characteristics of the cafeteria,the climate characteristics in humid and hot areas,and the experience of Lingnan architectural characteristics,combined with actual measurement and computer simulation experiments,we analyze the relevant elements affecting the wind environment of the transitional space,and accordingly propose corresponding optimization design strategies.
