摘要
分别以生物基异氰酸酯1,5-戊二异氰酸酯(PDI)及传统石油基异氰酸酯六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为二异氰酸酯原料,并以聚氧化丙烯二醇或聚四氢呋喃二醇为软段原料,以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为丙烯酸酯单体,合成了不同种类的可光固化的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA),探究这3种脂肪族二异氰酸酯在UV树脂中的应用特点。研究发现,不含聚醚软段的PUA比含软段PUA具有更好的耐温性、耐磨性及硬度;PDI型PUA预聚体黏度大大低于HDI型,且不含软段的PDI型PUA结晶性大大弱于HDI型,在树脂中便于使用。
Different types of UV curable polyurethane acrylates(PUAs)were synthesized using bio-based 1,5-pentane diisocyanate(PDI),traditional petroleum based hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as diisocyanate raw materials,polyoxypropylene glycol or polytetrahydrofuranediol as soft segment raw materials,and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as acrylic monomer.The application characteristics of these three aliphatic diisocyanates in UV resin were investigated.The results showed that the PUAs without soft segments had better temperature resistance,wear resistance and hardness than the PUAs with polyether soft segments.The viscosity of PDI type PUA prepolymer was much lower than that of HDI type,and the crystallinity of PDI type PUA without soft segments was much weaker than that of HDI type,which was easy to use in resins.
