摘要
为回收湿法发生器上储斗加料置换过程中排放的乙炔气体,结合聚氯乙烯行业内储斗置换气实施及运行情况,通过分析化验湿法发生器储斗置换气中乙炔及氧气含量,论证分析回收乙炔气的经济性和可行性,并形成技术方案。增加一套变压吸附回收装置,将储斗置换过程中所排的置换气并入回收系统,实现乙炔气回收再利用。项目实施后系统稳定运行,年可减少乙炔气排放520t,回收的乙炔气折电石约1500t,获得了可观的经济效益。
In order to recover the acetylene gas discharged during the charging and replacement process of the upper storage hopper of the wet-process generator,combined with the implementation and operation of the replacement gas in the storage hopper in the PVC industry,through analyzing and testing the acetylene and oxygen contents in the replacement gas of the wet-process generator storage hopper,the economic and feasibility of recovering acetylene gas are demonstrated and analyzed,and a technical solution is formed.Adding a set of pressure swing adsorption recovery device,incorporating the replacement gas discharged during the storage hopper replacement process into the recovery system to realize the recycling and reuse of acetylene gas.After the implementation of the project,the system operates stably.Annually,520 t of acety-lene gas emissions can be reduced,and the recovered acetylene gas is equivalent to about 1,500 t of cal-cium carbide,with considerable economic benefits.
