摘要
北斗三号短报文通信能力的大幅提升,为航海等行业用户提供窄带非实时图像数据传输的可能性。针对北斗三号短报文特点,设计一种利用生成式对抗网络的深度学习航海图像极低码率压缩方法,引入超先验器对编解码进行融合。建立覆盖不同船舶类型、事故类型和气象条件的航海图像数据集进行训练与测试。试验结果表明:与JPEG、JPEG2000和bmshj2018相比,该方法在高压缩率下可保持良好的视觉特性,可实现1条短报文传输320×240尺寸的图像。该方法在北斗三号短报文数传终端和三号短报文分理服务平台上得到验证,在航海保障和海事管理方面具有良好的应用价值。
The significant improvement of BDS-3 short message communication capability provides users in navigation and other industries with the possibility of narrow-band non real-time image data transmission.According to the characteristics of BDS-3 short message,this paper designs a very low bit rate compression method of deep learning navigation image using generative countermeasure network which introduce a hyperprior to fuse encoder and decoder and establishes navigation image data sets covering different ship types,accident types and meteorological conditions for training and testing.The experimental results show that:compared with JPEG and JPEG2000 and bmshj2018,this method can maintain good visual characteristics under high compression rate,and can realize the transmission of 320×240 size images in a short message.The method has been verified on BDS-3 short message data transmission terminal and Beidou sorting platform,and has good application value in marine support and maritime management.
