基于病例对照研究的河南省食管癌行为危险因素的meta分析

Meta-analysis of behavioral risk factors for esophageal cancer in Henan Province based on case control study

目的采用meta分析的方法确定河南省居民食管癌的行为危险因素,为进一步在河南省开展针对食管癌行为危险因素的干预,为预防和控制食管癌,降低食管癌发病率和死亡率,减轻疾病负担提供参考依据。方法在中国知网、万方数据、PubMed、Web of Science数据库中筛选符合标准的文献,使用Review Manager 5.4软件对数据进行统计分析,检索时间为各数据库建库以来至2023年4月。结果共计纳入文献15篇,Meta分析结果显示,吸烟的OR(95%CI)为1.73(1.55~1.95),饮酒OR(95%CI)为1.91(1.44~2.53),饮茶OR(95%CI)为1.55(1.13~2.13),食用腌制食品OR(95%CI)为1.67(1.32~2.11),动物性食物OR(95%CI)为1.37(1.02~1.83),热烫饮食OR(95%CI)为1.88(1.46~2.43),该6个行为因素均为食管癌的危险因素。结论河南省居民食管癌的行为危险因素为吸烟、饮酒、饮茶、食用腌制食品、动物性食物及热烫饮食,可通过干预其生活行为方式预防和控制食管癌,从而降低食管癌的发病率。

Objective To determine the behavioral risk factors of esophageal cancer in Henan residents by using the method of meta-analysis,so as to provide a reference for further intervention against behavioral risk factors of esophageal cancer in Henan Province,to prevent and control esophageal cancer,to reduce the incidence rate and mortality of esophageal cancer,and to reduce the burden of disease.Methods Select literature that meets the standards from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,and Web of Science,and use Review Manager 5.4 software to conduct statistical analysis of the data.The search period was from the establishment of each database to April 2023.Results A total of 15 articles were included,and the meta-analysis results showed that the OR(95%CI)of smoking were 1.73(1.55-1.95),the OR(95%CI)of drinking alcohol were 1.91(1.44-2.53),the OR(95%CI)of drinking tea were 1.55(1.13-2.13),the OR(95%CI)of consuming pickled foods were 1.67(1.32-2.11),the OR(95%CI)of animal based foods were 1.37(1.02-1.83),and the OR(95%CI)of hot eating were 1.88(1.46-2.43).These six behavioral factors were all risk factors for esophageal cancer.Conclusion The behavioral risk factors of esophageal cancer among residents in Henan Province are smoking,drinking,drinking tea,eating pickled food,animal food,hot and hot diet,which can prevent and control esophageal cancer by intervening their lifestyle,thus reducing the incidence rate of esophageal cancer.
