摘要
在人口老龄化加剧和全民全程健康服务理念的背景下,护士作为公共医疗服务的提供者,长期暴露于高要求、高压力、高强度关系情境中,这些都容易引发护士身心健康失衡和应对水平的下降,最终导致个体退缩行为的发生。本文综述了临床护士工作退缩行为的定义、维度和测评工具、研究现状、相关影响因素及对策建议,以期通过系统总结工作退缩相关知识,提高护理人员和管理人员对工作退缩的认知,从而采取更有针对性的工作退缩干预措施,保障护理人员身心健康,促进护理队伍稳定发展。
In the context of the aging of the population and the concept of universal whole-course health service,nurses,as the largest provider of public medical service,are exposed to high demands,high pressure and high intensity relationship situations for a long time,which are likely to cause the imbalance of physical and mental health of nurses and the decline of coping level,and ultimately lead to the occurrence of individual withdrawal behavior.This paper summarizes the definition,dimensions,assessment tools,research status,related influencing factors and countermeasures of work withdrawal behavior among clinical nurses,with a view to systematically summarizing the knowledge related to work withdrawal,improving the cognition of work withdrawal among nursing and management personnel,so as to adopt more targeted work withdrawal intervention measures to ensure the physical and mental health of nurses,and promote the stable development of nursing team.
