小儿肺咳颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果及对炎症指标的影响

Effect of Xiao'er Feike granules combined with fluticasone propionate in treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma and its influence on inflammatory indexes

摘要 目的探究小儿肺咳颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的200例小儿支气管哮喘患儿,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用丙酸氟替卡松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小儿肺咳颗粒治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间、肺功能指标[最大呼气流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV_(1)/FVC]、炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与C反应蛋白(CRP)]、S100钙结合蛋白A4(S100A4)、可溶性白细胞分化抗原86(sCD86)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的发热消退时间、咳嗽消失时间及啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PEF、FEV_(1)、FVC及FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的S100A4、sCD86水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿肺咳颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗小儿支气管哮喘患儿的效果确切,可缓解临床症状,改善肺功能,降低炎症反应。 Objective To explore the effect of Xiao'er Feike granules combined with fluticasone propionate in treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 200 children with pediatric bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate,and the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Feike granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,pulmonary function indexes[peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC],inflammatory indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)],S100 calcium binding protein A4(S100A4),soluble cluster of differentiation antigen 86(sCD86)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough and rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PEF,FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of S100A4 and sCD86 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Feike granules combined with fluticasone propionate is effective in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma,it can relieve clinical symptoms,improve pulmonary function and reduce inflammatory response.
