摘要
目的探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术改善椎管内麻醉患者术中焦虑的效果。方法选取2021年12月至2023年1月于手术室采用椎管内麻醉方式行手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机程序将其分为对照组与干预组,每组45例。对照组采用手术室常规护理,干预组在对照组护理方式的基础上采用VR技术进行干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均高于干预前,但干预组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分高于干预前,但干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术过程中,干预组的收缩压、舒张压、心率及呼吸频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的舒适度、满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论VR技术可有效改善椎管内麻醉患者术中焦虑、疼痛、舒适度,稳定术中血压、心率及呼吸频率,值得推广及应用。
Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality(VR)technique on improving intraoperative anxiety in patients undergoing intraspinal anesthesia.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent surgical treatment with intraspinal anesthesia in the operating room from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and intervention group by computer random procedure,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing in the operating room,and the intervention group was treated with VR technology on the basis of the nursing method of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,but that of the intervention group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,but that of the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the surgery,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The comfort and satisfaction scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VR technology can effectively improve the intraoperative anxiety,pain and comfort of patients with intraspinal anesthesia,and stabilize the intraoperative blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate,which is worth popularizing and applying.
