摘要
目的探讨多媒体视功能训练对间歇性外斜视术后患者视功能重建及知觉眼位的影响。方法选取80例2021年7月至2022年6月收治的行手术治疗间歇性外斜视患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分配原则将80例患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。所有患者均行间歇性外斜视术,对照组患者术后未予以双眼视觉功能训练;观察组患者则在术后予以多媒体视功能训练,两组均连续于手术后随访3个月。比较两组术前、术后3个月双眼视功能情况、Titmus近立体视情况、知觉眼位、斜视度数情况,术后3个月眼位情况。结果与术前比较,术后3个月,两组斜视度数≤10°、同时视、视觉融合、立体视的患者占比均升高,且观察组高于对照组,>10°且≤20°的患者占比、水平偏移(像素)、垂直偏移(像素)则均降低,且观察组均低于对照组;与术前比较,术后3个月,观察组黄斑立体视、黄斑中心凹立体视的患者占比均升高,且高于对照组,无立体视的患者占比则降低,且低于对照组;术后3个月,观察组眼位为正位的患者占比高于对照组,欠矫的患者占比则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多媒体视功能训练能够有效降低间歇性外斜视术后患者的斜视度数,增加其正位率,还可明显改善患者术后的双眼视功能、Titmus近立体视情况以及知觉眼位。
Objective To investigate the effects of multimedia visual function training on visual function reconstruction and perceptual eye position in postoperative patients with intermittent exotropia.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent surgical treatment for intermittent exotropia between July 2021 and June 2022 were enrolled.The patients were randomly assigned to a control group(40 patients)and an observation group(40 patients)using a random number table method.All patients underwent surgical treatment for intermittent exotropia.The control group did not receive binocular visual function training postoperatively,while the observation group received multimedia visual function training.Both groups were followed up for 3 months after surgery.Visual function,Titmus near stereopsis,perceptual eye position,and strabismus degree were compared before and 3 months after surgery.Results Compared to preoperative measurements,at 3 months postoperative,the proportions of patients with strabismus≤10°,simultaneous vision,visual fusion,and stereopsis increased in both groups,with higher proportions in the observation group compared to the control group.The proportions of patients with strabismus>10°and≤20°,horizontal deviation(pixels),and vertical deviation(pixels)decreased,with lower values in the observation group compared to the control group.At 3 months postoperative,the proportion of patients with macular stereopsis and macular foveal stereopsis increased in the observation group,and these were higher than those in the control group.The proportion of patients without stereopsis decreased and was lower in the observation group compared to the control group.The proportion of patients with orthotropia was higher and those with undercorrection was lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia visual function training effectively reduces the degree of strabismus in postoperative intermittent exotropia patients,increases the rate of orthotropia,and significantly improves postoperative binocular visual function,Titmus near stereopsis,and perceptual eye position.
