变压器用内置限流电抗器的磁结构优化

摘要 关于变压器内置限流电抗器的优化设计,研究其旁轭作用及饱和阻抗是两个关键环节。本文作者利用有限元仿真研究并总结了旁轭高度与阻抗和磁通的关系,以及上、下轭高度的改变在过电流下的阻抗变化及磁通分布规律。结果表明,旁轭为磁场法向边界,对阻抗有一定的影响,无旁轭电抗器需要在设计中修正阻抗影响;另外过电流下上下轭会发生饱和,但电抗器阻抗相当稳定,未发生明显波动。最后,总结出两种优化思路可以提高内置限流电抗器的经济性。 The function of return leg and saturation impedance are two key study subjects when short circuit limiting reactor in transformer is optimized.The simulation of the finite element was applied in study.The relationship between the thickness of the return leg and the impedance and the flux were analysed.The impedance and magnetic flux of the yoke with different thickness under overcurrent were compared and analysed.The conclusion is that the return leg is magnetic field normal boundary with will influence impedance,remove return leg structure need consider the effection.Moreover,the saturated impedance phenomenon of upper and bottom yokes is not significant.The combination of two kinds of optimization ideas can improve the economy of short circuit limiting reactor.
