摘要
为了满足客运架空索道检修和救援的需要,设计了一种集检修和救援于一体的多功能小车。在分析检修救援小车总体结构的基础上,针对整体的受力特点建立了有限元模型,并对主要承载构件进行静力学仿真分析。结果表明:各构件受力均匀,满足强度和刚度设计要求。该研究对检修救援小车的研发具有一定的参考价值。
In order to meet the needs of passenger aerial ropeway maintenance and rescue,a multifunctional trolley integrating maintenance and rescue is designed.On the basis of analyzing the overall structure of the overhaul and rescue trolley,a finite element model is established for the overall force characteristics,and the main load-bearing components are analyzed by static simulation.The results show that the force of each component is uniform and meets the strength and stffness design requirements.It has certain reference value for the research and development of maintenance and rescue trolley.
