摘要
以WC5J型矿用胶轮车为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的铰接式矿用胶轮车转向机构动应力分析方法。首先,对WC5J胶轮车基本情况进行了简单介绍,然后模拟分析了多路况条件下的单自由度铰接转向机构动应力特点,之后根据模拟分析结果,对铰接车二自由度结构进行改进,并以此为基础,再次进行动应力分析,最后,通过实践应用分析的方式验证改进后的铰接车二自由度是否合理。通过验证分析可以发现,铰接车改进后,相关部件出现损伤的几率更低,力学性能更佳,有利于提升铰接车的应用效果,可应用到煤矿生产领域。
Taking the WC5J mine rubber wheelbarrow as an example,a dynamic stress analysis method of the steering mechanism of articulated mine rubber wheelbarrow based on finite element analysis is introduced.Firstly,the basic situation of WC5J rubber wheel truck is briefly introduced,and then the dynamic stress characteristics of single-degree-of-freedom articulated steering mechanism under multi-road conditions are simulated and analysed,and then the structure of two-degree-of-freedom of articulated truck is improved according to the results of the simulation and analysis and based on it,the dynamic stress analysis is carried out again,and finally the improved two-degree-of-freedom of articulated truck is verified whether the improved two-degree-of-freedom of articulated truck is reasonable or not by means of the practice and application of the analysis.Through the verification analysis,it can be found that after the improvement of the articulated vehicle,the relevant parts have a lower chance of damage and better mechanical properties,which is conducive to improving the application effect of the articulated vehicle,and it can be applied to the field of coal mine production.
