摘要
为进一步探究采煤机截割滚筒工作性能的优化策略,以MG500/1180-WD型采煤机滚筒为研究对象,通过对其进行三维建模与仿真分析后,明确了不同工作参数(包括煤体节理角度、滚筒转速和牵引速度)对滚筒截割工作性能的影响,在进行单因素分析和多因素分析后,最终确定适合该采煤机滚筒截割运行的合理参数组合为煤体节理角度30°、滚筒转速40 r/min、牵引速度6.5 m/min,以此作为后续采煤机滚筒截割运行的参考。
In order to further investigate the optimization strategy of the cutting drum performance of coal mining machine,the drum of MG500/1180-WD coal mining machine is taken as the research object,and the effects of different working parameters(including the angle of coal body joints,drum rotation speed,and hauling speed)on the cuitting performance of the drum are clarified through three-dimensional modlling and simulation analysis,and the effects on the cutting performance of the drum under different working parameters(including coal body joint angle,drum rotation speed,and hauling speed)are clarified,and the reasonable working parameters suitable for the operation of the drum of this coal mining machine are determined by the singlefactor analysis and multifactor analysis.After single-factor and multi-factor analyses,the reasonable parameter combinations suitable for the drum cutting operation of this coal miner are 30° coal body joint angle,40 r/min drum rotational speed,and 6.5 m/min haul-off speed,which will serve as the reference for the drum cutting operation of the subsequent coal miners.
