摘要
针对目前煤炭行业缺少薄煤层采煤装备的现状,完成了薄煤层采煤装备总体方案的设计,重点介绍了输料模块结构,确定了输料螺旋为输料模块的关键件。运用ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真分析软件,开展了输料螺旋的强度和刚度计算,输料螺旋结构最大工作应力数值为287.33 MPa,低于材料的许用应力;最大变形量数值为0.739 9 mm,相较于结构整体尺寸可以忽略,满足使用要求。
Aiming at the lack of thin seam mining equipment in the coal industry at present,the design of the overall scheme of thin seam mining equipment is completed,focusing on the structure of the feeding module,and the feeding screw is identified as the key component of the feeding module.Using ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation and analysis software,the strength and stiffness calculation of the feeding spiral was carried out,and the maximum working stress of the feeding spiral structure was 287.33 MPa,which was lower than the permissible stress of the material;the maximum deformation was 0.7399 mm,which could be ignored compared with the overall size of the structure,and it meets the requirements for use.
