摘要
利用数值模拟软件对一段、二段连接销轴及加装连接架后一段连接销轴工况下应力应变云图进行分析,发现二段连接销轴在靠近煤壁侧连接销轴的最大应力值为3.558 4 MPa,同时最大应变值为1.923 1×10^(-5),为三种情况下的最大值,同时一段连接销轴受力及应变最小,同时在连接销轴煤壁侧的受力和应变明显大于采空区侧,为后续采煤机连接销轴的优化提供一定的参考。
Numerical simulation sofware was used to analyse the stress-strain cloud diagrams of one section,two sections of connecting pins and one section of connecting pins under the working conditions after the addition of connecting frame,and it was found that the maximum stress value of the two sections of connecting pins on the side of connecting pins close to the coal wall was 3.5584 MPa,and the maximum strain value was 1.9231×10^(-5) mm,which was the maximum value in all three cases,and at the same time the stress and strain of one section of connecting pins were the smallest,and at the same time the stress on the side of connecting pins at the coal wall was the largest.At the same time,the force and strain of one section of the connecting pin is the smallest,and the force and deformation of the coal wall side of the connecting pin is obviously larger than that of the side of the hollow area,which provides a certain reference for the optimisation of the connecting pin of the coal mining machine in the future.
