摘要
矿尘作为井下最严重的灾害之一,不仅威胁着矿井生产还时刻影响着作业人员的呼吸健康。为了有效降低巷道掘进时的粉尘量,对掘进机截齿不同截割参数进行了研究,研究发现,截齿切入方向与煤体接触面相对角度越大矿尘降低效果越明显;实验室条件下认为截割速度对产尘特性的影响基本可以忽略。该研究成果可为掘进面降尘思路提供一定的指导意义。
Mine dust,as one of the most serious underground disasters,not only threatens the mine production but also affects the respiratory health of the operators.In order to effectively reduce the amount of dust in roadway boring,different cutting parameters of the cutter teeth of the roadheading machine were studied,and it was found that the larger the relative angle between the cutting direction of the cutter teeth and the contact surface of the coal body,the more obvious the effect of the reduction of mine dust;the effect of the cutting speed on the characteristics of the dust production was considered to be basically negligible under laboratory conditions.The research results can provide some guidance for the idea of dust reduction in the face of digging.
