摘要
以RH25型掘进机为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的掘进机旋转密封装置性能分析方法。该方法先将旋转密封装置材料性质、结构尺寸等参数录到ABAQUS软件内,由软件自动构建掘进机旋转密封装置的有限元模型,进而以此为基础,分析出密封端面热-结构耦合特性与热流固耦合特性。通过该分析方法的应用,可提升相关人员对掘进机旋转密封装置性能的了解程度,有利于密封装置的优化与改进。
Taking RH25 roadheader as the research object,a method of analysing the performance of rotary sealing device of roadheader based on finite element analysis is introduced.The method is based on the material properties and structural dimensions of the rotary sealing device,which are inputted into ABAQUS software,which automatically constructs a finite element model of the rotary sealing device of the roadheader,and then analyses the thermal-structural coupling characteristics of the sealing end face and the thermal-fluid-solid coupling characteristics on the basis of the finite element model.Through the application of this analysis method,it can improve the related personnel's understanding of the performance of the rotary sealing device of the roadheader,which is conducive to the optimisation and improvement of the sealing device.
