大尺寸液晶屏废边掰断机构的设计与改进

摘要 针对现有Dummy去除机构在去除液晶玻璃废边时造成的端子损伤、废边残留等问题,设计了一种大尺寸液晶玻璃废边掰断机构。首先分析了液晶玻璃切割过程,明确了液晶玻璃废边的分断要求,设计出满足需求的掰断机构。然后阐述了掰断机构的工作原理和功能实现,并且针对分断不同尺寸玻璃废边时夹爪排布密集的问题,对该机构进行了优化。结果表明,设计优化后的废边掰断机构不仅可以有效去除废边,保证产品质量,同时也适用于不同尺寸的面板,提高了生产效率。 Aiming at the problems of terminal damage and waste edge residue caused by the existing Dummy removal mechanism when removing the waste edge of LCD glass,a large-size LCD glass waste edge breaking mechanism is designed.Firstly,the cutting process of liquid crystal glass is analysed,the breaking requirement of liquid crystal glass waste edge is clarifed,and a breaking mechanism to meet the demand is designed.Then,the working principle and function of the breaking mechanism are described,and the mechanism is optimised for the problem of the dense arrangement of the clamping jaws when breaking diferent sizes of glass waste edges.The results show that the optimised breaking mechanism can not only effectively remove the waste edge and ensure the product quality,but also apply to different sizes of panels and improve the production efficiency.
