矿用WC25EJ支架搬运车制动结构性能分析

摘要 为进一步探究矿用支架搬运车制动结构性能方面的更多细节要素,以WC25EJ型矿用支架搬运车为研究对象,在对其进行三维建模的基础上,全面分析了该制动结构的应力、应变、位移和寿命四项指标,以此确定该支架搬运车制动结构的整体力学性能,以及需要优化之处,由此应用多目标遗传算法进行初步优化。结果显示,优化后的制动结构在力学性能方面全面提高,特别是运行寿命得以显著提升,证明本次研究可为后续现场实验等环节提供有效的参考。 In order to further explore more details of the performance of the braking structure of the mining stent carrier,the WC25EJ mining stent carrier is taken as the research object,and on the basis of its three-dimensional modelling,the four indexes of stress,strain,displacement and life span of the braking structure are comprehensively analysed,so as to determine the overall mechanical performance of the braking structure of the stent carrier,as well as the places that need to be optimised,and then the multi-objective genetic algorithm is applied to carry out preliminary optimisation.The multi-objective genetic algorithm was applied to carry out preliminary optimisation.The results show that the optimised brake structure has improved the mechanical properties,especially the operating life,which proves that this study can provide an effective reference for the subsequent field experiments.
