摘要
曲轴是柴油机发动机的核心部件,结构复杂,其变形量和抗疲劳性直接影响柴油机的可靠性。针对曲轴在加工过程中加工工艺对曲轴变形规律影响不清、作用机理不明等问题,开展对曲轴加工工艺优化研究。通过试验验证,结果表明调整高温时效次数,可有效消除曲轴内部的残余应力;两次精磨主轴颈和连杆轴颈,曲轴同轴度可控制在Φ0.05 mm以内;优化曲轴加工工艺可有效减小成品曲轴的变形量。
The crankshaft is the core component of diesel engine,with a complex structure,whose deformation and fatigue resistance directly affect the reliability of diesel engine.Aiming at the crankshaft in the process of processing process on the crankshaft deformation law influence is unclear,the role of the mechanism is unknown and other issues,to carry out the optimisation of the crankshaft machining process research.Through experimental verification,the results show that adjusting the number of high-temperature aging can effectively eliminate the residual stress inside the crankshaft;two times of fine grinding of the main journal and connecting rod journal,the crankshaft coaxiality can be controlled within 0.05 mm;optimisation of the crankshaft machining process can effectively reduce the deformation of thefinished crankshaft.
