摘要
为进一步探究掘进机的精准高效控制策略,结合实际需要,针对悬臂纵轴式掘进机智能化电控系统进行较为全面的设计,以实现其精准控制、安全保护等方面的功能,而后对该系统进行测试。测试结果显示,该系统控制精度相对较高,基本达成了智能化电控的要求,可在今后的工作中逐步推广应用。
In order to further explore the precise and efficient control strategy of the roadheader,combined with the practical needs,the intelligent electronic control system of the cantilever longitudinal roadheader is designed in a more comprehensive way to achieve its precise control,safety protection and other aspects of the function,and then the system is tested.The test results show that the system has relatively high control accuracy,basically reaching the requirements of intelligent electronic control,which can be gradually promoted and applied in the futurework.
