摘要
在井下原煤运输过程中,带式输送机凭借其能够实现运输距离远、维护成本低、操作简单等优势,占据着关键位置。为了保证联盛西掌煤业皮带联合布置工作的顺利完成,此次设计选型分别选用了SSJ1000/2×75型和DSJ1000/2×132型带式输送机。通过分析带式输送机的工作原理,计算研究其运行阻力、电动机功率等数据,使带式输送机的各项工作性能能够匹配井下生产要求。搭载了自动变频的PLC控制保护系统的带式输送机有着更优的安全性和运输效率,可以更好地助力于实际生产作业工作,为提升矿井的井下煤炭运输能力贡献强有力的技术保证。
In the process of underground raw coal transport,belt conveyor occupies a key position by virtue of its ability to achieve long-distance transport,low maintenance cost,simple operation and other advantages.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the joint arrangement of belts in Liansheng Xizao Coal Industry,SSJ1000/2×75 and DSJ1000/2×132 belt conveyors were selected for the design and selection respectively.By analysing the working principle of the belt conveyor,calculating and studying its operating resistance,motor power and other data,the working performance of the belt conveyor can match the underground production requirements.The belt conveyor equipped with automatic frequency conversion PLC control and protection system has better safety and transport efficiency,which can better help the actual production work,and contribute to a strong technical guarantee to enhance the underground coal transport capacity of the mine.
