摘要
巷道的煤岩稳定性直接影响着矿井的安全,为了减少顶板事故的发生,针对顶板位移进行高效准确的监控必不可少。基于光纤光栅监测理论,在西掌煤矿11号煤层智能化工作面的顶板围岩开展监测工作,并且引入了高精度FBG光栅型离层仪技术。经过实践表明,光栅型顶板离层仪较传统监测方法有着更高效、更加准确的特性,对于保证巷道的稳固有着十分优良的实际效果和意义。
The stability of coal rock in the roadway directly affects the safety of the mine,and in order to reduce the occurrence of roof accidents,it is indispensable to carry out efficient and accurate monitoring of roof displacement.Based on the theory of fibre optic grating monitoring,the monitoring of the top plate surrounding rock in the intelligent working face of No.1l coal seam in Xizhu coal mine is carried out,and the technology of high-precision FBG grating-type off-loading instrument is introduced.After practice,it shows that the lenticular-type top plate detachment instrument has more efficient and accurate characteristics than the traditional monitoring method,and it has excellent practical effect and significance for ensuring the stability of the roadway.
