摘要
建设国家科技成果转移转化示范区是促进国家科技成果转化的重要举措。通过收集2001—2020年示范区与技术交易省级面板数据,应用双重差分法及合成控制法,实证检验示范区建设对科技成果转化的影响效应。结果表明,示范区建设显著促进了区域科技成果转化,安慰剂检验与动态效应分析证实了该结论的稳健。机制分析表明示范区通过增加技术经纪人与增进技术市场交易的途径促进科技成果转化,但经纪人对其存在“倒U”形影响。示范区在不同省域的运行效果迥异,相较而言,浙江、江苏、山东等东部示范区建设对科技成果转化水平的提升效果优于中部地区。
Building a national demonstration zone is an important measure to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China.By collecting province panel data of demonstration zones and technology transactions in 2001-2020,applying the difference-in-difference and synthetic control method,the impact of demonstration zone on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements was empirically tested.The results show that the construction of the demonstration zone has significantly promoted the transformation of regional scientific and technological achievements,and the placebo test and dynamic effect analysis confirm the robustness of this conclusion.The demonstration zone promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements by increasing technology brokers and increasing technology market share,but brokers have an inverted U-shaped impact on it.The effects of demonstration zones vary greatly in different provinces.Compared to other regions,the construction of demonstration zones in eastern regions such as Zhejiang,Jiangsu,and Shandong has a better effect on improving the level of scientific and technological achievements transformation than in central regions.
