四川省农业科技创新的金融支持研究

Research on Financial Support for Agricultural Technology Innovation in Sichuan Province

科技创新是推动我国经济增长的内生动力,农业的发展离不开科学技术的投入,持续而稳定的资金支持,需要金融发挥作用。金融业的快速发展,科技创新能不断地获得资金支持,市场内部信息能实现有效传递,资源能实现优化配置,科技创新效率能不断提高。四川省作为一个农业大省,农业在所有产业中处于重要地位,对四川省农业科技创新和金融支持的现状进行分析。通过构建农业、科技创新、金融的相关指标,建立柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型和科研产出效率生产函数模型,选取四川省21个地级市和自治州的面板数据进行实证分析和检验后得出金融对四川省的农业科技创新起着显著的正向影响作用,并提出相应的建议。

Technological innovation is the endogenous driving force behind China’s economic growth,and the development of agriculture cannot be separated from investment in science and technology.Continuous and stable financial support requires the role of finance.The rapid development of China’s financial industry is closely related to the continuous funding support for technological innovation,effective transmission of internal market information,optimized allocation of resources,and continuous improvement of technological innovation efficiency.As a major agricultural province,agriculture plays an important role in all industries in Sichuan Province.The current situation of agricultural technological innovation and financial support in Sichuan Province were analyzed.By constructing relevant indicators for agriculture,technological innovation,and finance,the Cobb Douglas production function model and scientific research output efficiency production function model were established.After selecting panel data from 21 prefecture level cities and autonomous prefectures in Sichuan Province for empirical analysis and testing,it is found that finance has a significant positive impact on agricultural technological innovation in Sichuan Province,and corresponding suggestions are proposed.
