摘要
目的:研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者并发弓形虫感染的危险因素及其免疫功能变化情况。方法:选取中国科学院合肥肿瘤医院2021年3月—2023年10月收治的283例NSCLC患者,根据弓形虫感染情况分为感染组(n=26)及无感染组(n=257)。对比两组各项基线资料、实验室指标及体液免疫功能指标,通过多因素Logistic回归分析明确NSCLC患者并发弓形虫感染的危险因素。结果:年龄≥60岁、家里饲养猫狗、前白蛋白(PA)≤250 mg/L是NSCLC患者并发弓形虫感染的危险因素(P均<0.05)。感染组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、补体C4水平均高于无感染组,免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平低于无感染组(P均<0.05)。结论:年龄≥60岁、家里饲养猫狗及PA≤250 mg/L是NSCLC患者并发弓形虫感染的危险因素。此外,弓形虫感染会导致体液免疫功能明显降低,应予以重点关注。
Objective To study the risk factors and immune function changes in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)complicated with Toxoplasma gondii infection.Method A total of 283 NSCLC patients admitted to Hefei Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Sciences from March 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into infected group(n=26)and non-infected group(n=257)according to the infection status of Toxoplasma gondii.The baseline data,laboratory indicators and humoral immune function indicators of the two groups were compared,and the risk factors of Toxoplasma gondii infection in NSCLC patients were determined by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Result Age≥60 years old,raising cats and dogs at home,and prealbumin(PA)≤250 mg/L were risk factors for Toxoplasma gondii infection in NSCLC patients(all P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and complement C4 in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group,and the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG)were lower than those in the non-infected group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Age≥60 years old,raising cats and dogs at home,and PA≤250 mg/L are risk factors for Toxoplasma gondii infection in NSCLC patients.In addition,infection with Toxoplasma gondii can cause a significant decrease in humoral immune function,which should be given priority attention.
