三酰甘油-葡萄糖指数与高血压的相关性

Correlation between triglyceride-glucose index and hypertension

目的:探讨三酰甘油-葡萄糖(TyG)指数与高血压的相关性。方法:选择2019年6月至9月于延边大学附属医院接受健康体检的3030名体检者(年龄>20岁)为研究对象,分析TyG指数与高血压患病风险的相关性。结果:高血压组的年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、肌酐(Cre)、尿素氮(BUN)、血尿酸(SUA)、TyG水平及男性和饮酒所占比值均高于对照组(P<0.05),而HDL水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未调整时高TyG指数组高血压患病风险是对照组的2.686倍(95%CI:2.260~3.1920),调整年龄、性别、吸烟、BMI、TC、LDL、HDL、AST、ALT、GGT、CREA、BUN、UA后高TyG指数组高血压患病风险是对照组的1.756倍(95%CI:1.394~2.211)。结论:TyG指数与高血压的患病风险存在相关性。TyG指数可作为预测高血压的辅助指标。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index and hypertension.Methods:A total of 3,030 individuals(aged>20 years old)who received health physical examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from June 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects.The correlation between the TyG index and the risk of hypertension was analyzed.Results:Age,body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT),gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT),creatinine(Cre),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum uric acid(SUA),TyG levels,and the ratio of males to alcohol consumption in the hypertension group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the HDL level was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Without adjustments,the risk of hypertension in the high TyG index group was 2.686 times that of the control group(95%CI:2.260-3.1920).After adjusting for age,gender,smoking,BMI,TC,LDL,HDL,AST,ALT,GGT,CREA,BUN and UA,the risk of hypertension in the high TyG index group was 1.756 times that of the control group(95%CI:1.394-2.211).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the TyG index and the risk of hypertension.The TyG index can be used as an auxiliary index to predict hypertension.
