摘要
过盈配合在机械结构中应用广泛,其径向压力决定了过盈连接能够承受的转矩和轴向载荷。经典公式计算过盈配合的径向压力需带入包容件和被包容件的弹性模量、泊松比、内外径以及公称直径,计算过程冗长,而仿真分析计算十分便捷且计算结果准确。本文以公称直径为φ160的三种经典基孔制过盈配合为例,通过经典计算方法和有限元仿真方法分别计算其径向压力并进行对比。经计算对比分析经典计算方法和有限元仿真方法得出的结果基本吻合,其差值百分比在6%以下。可见按照本文所设置的边界条件用仿真分析方法得到的径向压力已具有较高的精度。
Interference fit is widely used in mechanical structures,and its radial pressure determines the torque and axial load that interference fit can bear.The radial pressure of the interference fit calculated by the classical formula needs to be taken into the elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio,inner and outer diameters and nominal diameters of the containments and contained parts,and calculation process is lengthy.The simulation analysis and calculation are very convenient and accurate.In this paper,the radial pressure of three classical base hole interference fits with nominal diameters ofΦ160 is calculated and compared by classical calculation method and finite element simulation method respectively.By comparing and analyzing the results of the two methods,the percent of difference is less than 6%.It can be seen that according to the boundary conditions set in this paper,the radial pressure obtained by simulation analysis method has a higher accuracy.
